Snow Removal & Snow Plowing in Southern Minnesota
Southern Minnesota winters don't wait. When a storm hits, your driveway, parking lot, or access road needs to be clear fast — before the ice sets in and before your workday gets shut down. Gleason Services LLC provides residential and commercial snow removal across Southern Minnesota, including Owatonna, Faribault, Mankato, Waseca, Austin, and Albert Lea. We're on the route before the snow stops falling.

Why hire a pro for snow removal
Clearing snow yourself takes time, wears down your equipment, and leaves room for injury. A missed driveway or icy patch can lead to a fall, a fender bender, or a liability issue for a commercial property. Gleason Services handles it so your property is safe and accessible, every storm, without you having to think about it.
Who we serve
We work with both residential and commercial customers across Southern Minnesota. If you have a driveway, a parking lot, or access roads that need to stay clear all winter, we can put you on our route.

Common questions
How much does snow removal cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, how much snow fell, and whether you need salting or sanding. Most residential driveways are straightforward. Call 507-461-5425 for a free estimate — Jeff will give you a straight number before we start.
Do you do commercial snow removal?
Yes. We handle parking lots, access roads, and commercial properties alongside residential work. If you need reliable, consistent coverage through the winter, we can set up a seasonal contract.
When do you plow?
We plow during and after storms. For seasonal route customers, we're out as soon as accumulation hits the level agreed on. We aim to have properties clear by the time you need to use them.
Do you offer one-time service or do I need a contract? Both. We take seasonal route contracts for customers who want guaranteed coverage all winter, and we also handle single-storm jobs when our schedule allows. Call early in the season to get on the route.
